Who am I? I'm Barbara, Italian father, Dutch mother. In addition to my training, I learned the most from my Nonna Giuseppina and from La Mama, so cooking from the soul.
Personally, I think the poor man's kitchen is the nicest thing to do and the tastiest! In short: enjoy what nature gives you, smell, taste and cook to your heart's content!
You can register now, alone or with your partner / friends.
Every Friday or Saturday of the week you can start with a short or long cooking week (also very suitable for vegetarians !!).
Are you around here and do you want 1 cooking class? That is also possible.

My Casa Barbara is located in unspoilt Abruzzo, in the middle / south of Italy, just 80 meters from the beautiful snow-white coast of the Adriatic Sea and half an hour from Pescara airport.
On the "cooking days" (5 in total) we all come together in my Cucina to cook, have a drink with nice wines and have an extensive dinner together. Duration: approximately 4 hours per workshop.
You have enough free time every day to get to know the beautiful, unspoilt Abruzzo, to cycle ,to visit the beach (beach beds and parasol are also included) or to walk for hours.
The costs for a whole week stay at Casa Barbara in 2022:
7 nights accommodation and 7 times breakfast, 5 cooking workshops / meals and 2 trips are:
1795.00 euros for 2 people in a shared room, (excluding plane ticket) and 995.00 euros for a double room for single use.
